I logged everything. the diagnosis still took months imo

eight months of tracking. cycle lengths (32 days, 40 days, sometimes nothing), LH surge timing, temps, glucose patterns on my cgm, mood, energy. brought it all to my doctor. “this is anovulation,” i said. “look at the data.” got diagnosed anyway. three months later. now the tracking itself wears me out. constantly documenting, analyzing, pulling it all together to show someone. fwiw and the mental load of managing it all, logging it, organizing it, hoping it matters, it adds this layer of anxiety that’s honestly harder than the PCOS some days. i still track. but i’m realizing at what point does tracking become just anxiety with numbers attached. anyone else stuck in this loop? when did you decide the tracking wasn’t worth it?
