Hysterectomy and hormone chaos

dunno if anyone else has dealt with this but i had a hysterectomy a few months ago and my hormones are still all over the place… i’m trying to track how my glucose levels correlate w/ my symptoms but it’s hard when everything feels so random. i’ve been using inositol for my lean pcos and it’s helped some but i’m still getting these weird spikes in my blood sugar.

has anyone else experienced anything like this after a hysterectomy? i’m also trying to figure out how to track my ovulation without clear cycles, it’s like a guessing game. ngl, it’s frustrating when you feel like you’re doing everything right but your body is still not cooperating.

i’ve been logging my symptoms and meds in a tracker and it’s helped me spot some patterns but i’m still trying to make sense of it all. i’ve noticed that my nausea days seem to cluster around my dose increase wks, which is weird. anyway, just wondering if anyone else has been through something similar

ymmv. after a hysterectomy but keeping your ovaries, your body still tries to go through those hormonal shifts even without the bleeding. for me, those “weird spikes in my blood sugar” around when i should be ovulating were still happening, and that’

it sounds incredibly frustrating to be dealing with such chaos after your hysterectomy, especially when you’re making efforts to track things. those weird spikes in blood sugar, even with lean pcos and inositol, really point back
