I’m postmenopause so not my lane, but I watch people drop money on supplements constantly. the real question isn’t whether some ingredient bumps your free test 3-5% - it’s whether that 5% does anything. everyone says “mild boost” like that’s a feature. mild compared to what? felt like you had more energy? that’s probably placebo plus you actually paying attention to sleep/training for once. here’s what I want to know: are you tracking this w/ actual bloodwork before/after? FSH, free test, whatever baseline matters for you? or are you taking it for three months and jsut… guessing whether anything changed? bc the number of people who dump money on something, feel slightly different, and retroactively assume the supplement did it - it’s a lot. and I say this as someone who tracks shit obsessively. if you can’t measure it, did it actually happen?
