How normal labs became a weapon against me

had a neuro appointment last month. showed her three weeks of tracking - same pattern repeating every cycle. saturday activity, then sunday afternoon the crash hits. heart rate spikes when i stand, the fatigue that’s different from my baseline, the brain fog that doesn’t lift. she ran all the tests. everything normal. tbh then she said: well if your labs are fine, the pattern you’re seeing might not actually be reliable. that comment did damage i didn’t expect. not the dismissal itself - i’m used to that by now. but her using the normal results to tell me my own data was suspect because the bloodwork didn’t confirm it. like my tracking somehow mattered less because the tests came back clean. i stopped documenting for two weeks after that. worst possible move, because tracking is the only way i actually know what’s happening. labs don’t measure PEM. they don’t measure orthostatic crashes or the twelve-hour delay. but having a doctor weaponize their absence against me made me question whether i was even reading my own pattern right. has anyone else had normal labs used to undermine what you observe about your own body?
