genuine beginner question, not rhetorical. i’m 18 wks into compounded sema, 22 lb down from 204. three weeks ago the scale stalled (0.2, -0.1, +0.1 after a clean 0.9 lb/wk run wks 14-17). i added strength work at wk 15 so some of what’s on the scale is almost certainly glycogen and water in muscle that wasn’t there before. my instinct is partitioning shift and i’m waiting on the tape to disambiguate. but i keep almost posting a panicked “is this normal” thread and then deleting it. for people further in than me: how long do you sit with a stall, a new side effect, or a weird lab before you post about it? i’ve watched friends sit flat 5 wks before the tape caught up, and my own last resolution was closer to 3.5. so the standard “give it 3 weeks” line feels shorter than what actually plays out. i’m trying to figure out where the line is b/w useful pattern recognition and dressing up noise as signal. how do you know when you’ve actually got something worth asking about?
