ok so here’s what i actually do. concentration (mg/ml) times volume in your syringe = actual dose. sounds basic, but compounders are reformulating under supply pressure right now - same vial, different concentration. i’ve pulled labels with 6-10 mg/ml variance on teh same compound. if the number shifts and you don’t notice, you’re pinning a different dose. check the label every refill, not just once. the math is solid but only if the vial stayed what you thought it was.
