How I manage my Chronic Pain without meds

Lately, I’ve been trying to manage my chronic pain without relying so much on meds, and it’s been a journey. I’ve had some luck with mindfulness and yoga—it’s wild how just slowing down and focusing on your body can help ease the tension. I’ve also read a lot about acupuncture and CBT (cognitive-behavioral therapy) being super effective, but I haven’t tried those yet.
