How do you actually figure out when to stop pushing

i’ve been dealing with this fatigue thing for a while now. it’s not just ‘tired.’ it feels like the battery gets drained by 10% doing nothing, which is wild. i work at a desk most days as an accountant, and sometimes i feel totally pressured to sit through a whole day, even if my spasticity is up or i feel that deep fog.

so i force myself to go to lunch with coworkers and push it through, thinking ‘i gotta do this.’ then the afternoon hits and it’s like hitting a wall you can’t see until you fall over it. i try to pace, but pacing just feels… selfish?

Like i’m letting my life slow down because of mos. is there some way people actually figure out when ‘enough’ effort leads to crashing, versus when they need that push?

Pacing isn’t selfish; it’s respecting the biology you’re living in. 💉
