watched that dr elizabeth bright video on menopause and got curious about the tracking side of it. people in those threads are clearly logging hormone stuff, but i don’t see anyone talking about the app logistics - like, how do you actually structure menopause tracking without it cluttering everything else you’ve already got in there? are there specific apps people use for this, or does everyone just use whatever they’ve got and build a system around it? asking bc i’m trying to get better at tracking in general and the menopause threads made me realize i don’t know how to organize hormone-specific logs without it becoming noise. feel like the answer shouldn’t be this complicated.
