i’m 14 weeks pp and my hair is shedding like crazy. i mean, i knew it was coming but it’s still weird to see handfuls of hair in the shower.
naima’s pediatrician said it’s normal but it’s hard not to feel like i’m losing myself too. has anyone else dealt with this?
did you try anything that helped? i’m already stressed about my csection scar and sleep schedule, this is just another thing to worry about
