Okay, so headaches are basically my uninvited roommate at this point—especially those tension ones that feel like your head’s in a vise. I’ve tried everything from massaging my temples to that whole “drink more water” thing (which helps, but only so much). Recently, though, I came across these headache ice caps that supposedly give you 360° cooling relief, and I’m like… okay, sign me up.
I’ve tried a basic ice pack in the past, but these look way more convenient—and apparently, they work for tension headaches and migraines (bonus if they block out light too). There are so many options, though! Like, the TheraICE one looks amazing, but I’ve also seen others with dual-sided cooling or adjustable fits. Anyone tried these? Which one actually helps, or is it all hype? Let me know what’s worked for you—I’m desperate for some solid advice here!
