For everyone going through Chemo!

Hey everyone, I’ve been part of this community for a while now, and I’ve noticed so many of us are either going through cancer treatment or supporting someone who is. It’s honestly both heartbreaking and inspiring to see so many people sharing their journeys — the good days, the tough days, and everything in between.

I wanted to share something that’s been on my mind lately: tracking chemo symptoms. It sounds simple, but keeping a log of things like fatigue, nausea, appetite changes, and even “chemo brain” moments can really help doctors adjust treatments and medications. I’ve seen apps like CareClinic that let you track symptoms, meds, and even sleep and nutrition — it’s like having a health diary that actually works with your treatment.

For those of you who’ve gone through or are going through chemo — have you ever tried tracking your symptoms? Did it help you or your care team spot patterns or make better treatment decisions? I’d love to hear what’s worked for you, whether it’s using an app, a journal, or something totally different.
