tuesday i felt almost normal, i know shocking. usually i’m bouncing between 3-4 but that whole week was a 2. no clear reason, paced right and slept okay and stuck to my PT. at work i could focus for more than 20 minutes without my brain dissolving and i remember thinking maybe something actually shifted.
woke up wednesday at a 7 and that was just done. didn’t push, wednesday was supposed to be normal, but my body apparently saw one good week and decided that was the problem. spent the day on the couch with every tender point lit up, fatigue so thick i couldn’t even track a show i’ve already seen. now i’m in my head about it.
did i do something wrong just by being that active? is my pacing actually broken and that week was random luck? because it feels like my nervous system got comfortable and immediately punished me for it. does anyone else get this where a decent stretch just means a worse crash is building?
or am i the only one whose fibro works like a punishment cycle
