You know those days when your legs feel like they’re made of Jell-O? Ugh, that’s been me lately. I’ve tried a couple of things, like walking really short distances and using a heating pad, but it’s hit or miss. I’ve been reading that stuff like yoga or even simple balance exercises might help strengthen them over time.
What’s worked for you? Do you stick to certain exercises, or is there some magic trick I’m missing here? Seriously, I’m open to anything that’ll keep me from feeling like Bambi on ice.
