Does trigger correlation even work for autoimmune flare-ups?

i’m struggling with the actual tracking part of flares a lot. i know everyone says track everything, but my body feels like it reacts to 10 different things - sleep deprivation, the weather change itself, and some weird metabolic thing all at once.

i just log joint pain spikes and when they happened in relation to maybe poor sleep or if i had an anti-dsdna spike. is there a specific way people actually separate which trigger caused what?

like, does it even matter if i pinpoint the exact cause, or is just seeing patterns over months enough?

anyway.

honestly, the “10 different things” all hitting at once is the absolute worst part. when mei’s teething keeps me up, i can barely remember if i ate breakfast, let alone what my inflammation markers looked like

Tracking everything does feel overwhelming, especially when “my body feels like it reacts to 10 different things” at once. I log sleep and joint pain, but pinpointing exact causes is tough. Maybe just seeing patterns over months is enough, idk.

honestly, the “is there a specific way people actually separate which trigger caused what?” question is the absolute nightmare. you can’t really isolate one thing when your body is running on fumes and the weather changes on a dime, not unless
