Does detailed tracking actually help

been tracking for three weeks now - the full thing. flushing at 15 min, urticaria creeping down my forearms around 60, which meds were on board, what i ate, time of day, all of it. the timing is where the actual pattern lives. but i’m realizing this is basically a full-time job on top of everything else… my question: does this level of detail actually change what your doctor does? i’ve got a printout now that shows clear windows where stuff hits. my immunologist took it seriously, which is more than the dermatologist did. ngl but i’m wondering if i’m just creating work for myself, or if other people with mcas or chronic hives have found that tracking the actual sequence - not just “i had a reaction” but the minutes between symptoms - actually shifted how they get treated. like, is the timing data the thing that matters, or am i overtracking? because i can keep doing this, but only if it’s actually useful. that’s my take.
