i’ve been noticing something and wondering if other people track this. when i get a decent week - pain’s lower, working full hours, moving around more - the flare seems to roll in right after. like the body’s billing you later. could just be coincidence or me noticing the crash more because it follows feeling normal. the contrast stings. but i’m wondering if it’s real. is it the activity during the good week, or something about pacing debt, or how ur nervous system resets? or all of it? anyone else see that pattern, or is it pretty random for you? fwiw trying to figure out if even the good weeks are actually setting you up.
