Do FOXO3 and longevity genes matter for tissue repair?

ok dumb question but i keep seeing FOXO3 and SIRT1 in longevity discussions, they seem like teh obvious targets. but i’m specifically trying to repair something (shoulder damage from 2023), not just live to 100. is there a whole different set of genes that matter for tissue healing? like does a solid longevity profile automatically mean faster repair, or are these separate pathways? haven’t found much abt ‘genes that predict repair capacity’ - idk if that’s just unstudied or people don’t talk abt it. anyone come across this angle?
