Dementia and peptides

i’ve been reading about peptides and their potential effects on dementia. does anyone have experience with using peptides like sema or ipamorelin for cognitive issues?

i’m not looking for a miracle cure or anything, just wondering if anyone’s noticed any improvements in brain fog or cognitive function. i’ve been tracking my own energy levels and noticed a consistent afternoon crash, and i’m curious if peptides could help with that.

fwiw, i’ve been taking tetrahydrocurcumin for a few weeks now and it seems to be helping with inflammation, but i’m still experiencing some brain fog. anyone have any thoughts on this?

that afternoon crash and brain fog sound painfully familiar, especially when you’re already trying to manage inflammation with other things. “brain fog” is one of those frustratingly vague things to explain to doctors sometimes, even when it’s utterly

the afternoon crash and brain fog you describe sounds a lot like my own ms fatigue and cognitive fog, especially when you’re already trying to manage inflammation. i don’t know about peptides, but i’ve found that really specific tracking

back from a break and still thinking about dmts. you mention “not looking for a miracle cure” but i’ve found that even small improvements in cognitive function can be huge for daily life. “brain fog” is a big one for me too, and i’ve been tracking it in careclinic to see if there’s any correlation with my medication or heat sensitivity - in my heat sensitivity strategies post, it’s all about finding those tiny patterns

still getting back into the swing of things, “not looking for a miracle cure” resonates with me, but i’ve found small improvements in cognitive function can be huge, like with my own experience on kesimpta, which has helped with fatigue, but i’m skeptical about peptides like sema for dementia, ymmv

afternoon crash rings true

afternoon crashes are a thing for me too, and i’ve noticed they often coincide w/ my raynaud’s episodes. you mentioned “consistent afternoon crash” and i’m curious if you’ve explored any potential links to other symptoms, like joint pain or fatigue.
