Confusion in peptide dosing

i’ve been on tirz for 8 mos now and i’m still kinda puzzled by the dosing variability online. fwiw, my endo says the clinical trials are clear but the real world application is all over the place. what’s the actual difference between the rx label and what people are doing irl?

is it just about tolerance or is there something else at play? i’ve seen people on the same dose as me with wildly different results. anyone else noticing this?

maybe it’s just a matter of finding the right balance between efficacy and hypo risk?

“what people are doing irl” often involves different exposure profiles than what the trials capture, even if the mg dose looks similar on paper. individual pharmacokinetics vary wildly based on gut motility, co-meds, and even hydration status 🧪
