i’ve been on levothyroxine 50mcg for a bit now and noticed my hands get really cold, especially in the mornings. anyone else experience this?
i’ve been tracking my tsh and free t3 and it seems like the cold hands happen when my t3 is a bit low. not sure if it’s related or just a coincidence.
fwiw, i’ve also been having some brain fog and fatigue around the same time. wondering if anyone else has made this connection

raynaud’s is a real issue for me, especially w/ morning stiffness and cold hands, but i’m talking like full-on color changes. “a bit low” for T3 can mean a lot of things, what are the actual numbers? if it’s borderline or just in range it might be something else.
