Cgm proved what my cycle does

got a cgm to have actual data instead of “i feel worse sometimes.” follicular phase glucose is stable, mid-cycle around day 14-15 it shifts - fasting glucose creeps up, meals spike harder. same breakfast week 1, barely registers. same breakfast mid-cycle, huge spike. my endocrinologist looked at the data like yeah that’s androgens + PCOS. finally someone just said it out loud. now i’m wondering if this is normal PCOS behavior or if my cycle’s effect on insulin resistance is just especially dramatic. tbh anyone else tracked glucose across different cycle phases and seen something similar?

seeing the data finally make a doctor say it out loud is such a huge step. That CGM trace is the proof that your ‘i feel worse sometimes’ was real data all along. 👍
