I didn’t mean to purchase a year of access (I thought there was a 3-day trial period before I’d be charged). I’ve cancelled it in Settings but my ‘premium access’ continues until January 2025. I’d like my access of the paid features to be removed and my money refunded but I haven’t been able to find an email address or number to contact CareClinic. I’m getting very stressed about whether or not I can get the money back and how I can get in touch.
