Can’t see graphics

Hi! I can’t produce graphics. A white screen appears when I click on Chart. It’s as if there was a bug in the application.

Can you let me know what version you are using along with Android or iOS?

Have you ever been able to see any charts? What have you posted this far?

Hello, thank you for the follow-up. I am using Apple version 15.5. No, I haven’t been able to see any graphics so far. The screen turns white completely.
