Ugh, IBS can be such a pain—literally. I’ve tried the usual stuff: cutting out certain foods, experimenting with diets, even some meds, but nothing’s really stuck. Lately, I’ve been reading about mindfulness meditation helping with IBS. Apparently, it can chill out the brain-gut connection and lower stress, which is huge for me because stress is a major trigger. I just started trying some guided meditations, and I’m not sure how I feel about it yet, but I’m hopeful.
Have you tried mindfulness or anything else that’s helped your IBS?
