Can Apple Cider Vinegar Help Relieve CP/AP Attacks?

Hi everyone, I have a question I’d like to ask.

I’ve been wondering if drinking apple cider vinegar (ACV) can help relieve an episode of CP/AP, or if it’s more beneficial for gallbladder-related issues?

I ask because I’ve noticed that when I drink ACV during an attack, the pain subsides in about 15-20 minutes. I read that ACV can be helpful for gallbladder pain, so I decided to try it, and it worked for me.

I’ve been dealing with these attacks since 2009, with varying intensity and duration. Initially, the pain was severe, but it only occurred once a year. Now, it’s more of a dull ache every couple of months, without radiating pain to the back. During an attack, I sometimes experience chills and nausea. The pain tends to be about 1.5-2 inches above my belly button, but when I press below my right ribcage, it’s tender and the pain shoots to where I typically feel it. That area under the right ribcage stays tender for about 24 hours after an attack. I don’t experience any pain on the left side, even when pressing during an attack.

I also have some digestive issues—loose stools that sometimes float, and growling noises in my tummy, especially after eating fats (though I’m not entirely sure that’s the cause). I also feel discomfort/pain when pressing on my upper abdomen.

I’ve had blood work, two ultrasounds, two endoscopies, and a colonoscopy, and all tests have come back clear.

Doctors have suggested IBS, but I feel like there’s something more going on, I’m just not sure what. Any thoughts or similar experiences?
