so i’m 6 wks into my hrt regimen, estradiol patch 0.05mg + cyclic oral progesterone. i was expecting some side effects, but the breast tenderness caught me off guard. it’s not unbearable, but it’s definitely noticeable.
has anyone else experienced this? i’m trying to figure out if it’s the patch or the progesterone. my doc didn’t mention it as a common side effect, but i’ve read some threads where women have reported similar issues.
anyone have any insights or advice on how to manage it? fwiw, i’ve had some breakthrough bleeding too, but that’s a whole other topic
