i’m 59, 7 years postmenopause, not on HRT. lately i’ve been experiencing some weird brain fog, like i know what i want to say but can’t recall the exact word.
it’s frustrating. anyone else have this issue?
i’ve been lifting heavy and tracking labs, but i haven’t seen anything that would explain this. is it just part of aging or is there something else going on?
