i’m 18 months post-op and i’ve been using bpc 157 for recovery. 👍 ime, 2x a week injections seem to work better for me than 3x. (anyone else notice a difference?)
Fresh from my own experience with BPC 157, I’ve found that the dosing schedule can be quite individualized, and what works for one person may not work for another. You mention that “2x a week injections seem to work better for me than 3x”, which is interesting because I’ve noticed the opposite in my own recovery journey.
My clinician has me on a 3x a week schedule, and I’ve seen significant improvements in my joint pain and overall recovery. I’m curious, what led you to try 2x a week, and have you noticed any differences in your recovery progress since switching from 3x a week?
Perhaps we can compare notes and see if there are any common factors that might be influencing our different experiences. I’ve been using CareClinic to track my progress, and it’s been helpful to be able to export my data as a CSV file to share with my clinician, who can then use it to inform our treatment decisions.
comparing two different frequencies like “2x a week injections seem to work better” vs 3x is hard to interpret without a more consistent, objective endpoint, bc subjective experience alone isn’t robust against the usual day-to-day variability. you’d need a washout or at least a blinded comparison to really separate out the effect of frequency from other changes in your routine. those kinds of subtle patterns are usually clearer when you have something tracking correlations across your logged data, the CareClinic app has a decent view for that, which I heard about from my supervisor’s patient group.
