Ran BPC-157 subcu at 250mcg 2x/day for 4 weeks near the shoulder. Felt like some mobility gain but could’ve been the deload too.
Thing is, BPC hyperlocal only helps if the actual problem is local tissue quality. If it’s training volume, you’re treating the wrong thing.
I track my joint pain and injection sites daily and it’s clear that volume wearing the joint down is a bigger issue for me than tissue quality. Don’t get me wrong, BPC has its uses, but let’s not pretend it’s a silver bullet for every kind of pain or fatigue. 😅
Firehouse injuries got me thinking about tissue repair in a different context. “If it’s training volume, you’re treating the wrong thing” is a point that resonates, but what about when the issue is cumulative damage from repeated heat exposure and thermal cycling.
I’ve seen scars take longer to close over the years, and I’m wondering if BPC-157 or TB-500 could help mitigate that kind of damage. Not just about joint pain, but actual skin and tissue resilience.
Ymmv, but I’d love to hear from anyone who’s explored this angle.
