App not working

I purchased the special offer $49/year offer, and it shows as active in my phone, but it’s not active in the app. My phone and the app are both updated, I’ve tried logging in and out, deleting and re-adding the app, and turning my phone off and back on. Yet, every time I log in to the app, I’m still prompted to sign up for premium. If I skip and try to use the app, it operates like I’m in the free mode. If I click “upgrade now” instead, I get a message that I’m already upgraded, but again, the app still operates like I’m in the free mode. What else can I do to fix this?
