Anyone else struggling to keep track of GLP-1 Shots?

Okay, so starting GLP-1 meds like Ozempic, Wegovy, or Mounjaro is way more than just remembering to take a shot once a week. No one really prepares you for all the extra stuff — like keeping track of injection sites (because apparently rotating between your stomach, thigh, and arm actually matters), dealing with side effects like nausea or fatigue, and trying to figure out why you suddenly can’t stand the smell of certain foods.

Honestly, I didn’t realize how much tracking everything would help until I started using the CareClinic app. I thought I was just going to log my shots, but it’s been a game-changer for spotting patterns. Like, I noticed my nausea is way worse in the mornings if I skip protein the night before. It also reminded me to rotate injection sites — something I 100% wasn’t doing in the beginning. Plus, seeing my blood pressure drop and my fasting blood sugar improve — even when the scale wasn’t moving — gave me the push I needed to keep going.

But I know everyone’s experience is different, so I’m curious — how do you keep up with all of it? Do you track your doses, side effects, or even stuff like hunger levels? Or are you more of a “hope I remember next week” type of person? Let’s share tips because this journey is no joke, and having a system (or at least some tricks) makes a big difference.
