Anyone else dealing with CHF?

Okay, so living with congestive heart failure (CHF) is definitely a ride. I’ve tried a bunch of things—tracking my symptoms, tweaking my diet, and figuring out which meds actually help me feel human. I read that certain lifestyle changes, like cutting way back on sodium and staying active (but not overdoing it), can make a huge difference. Also, apparently, some people swear by using apps to track their symptoms and meds—has anyone here tried that? What’s been the most helpful thing for you in managing CHF?
