Anyone else crash hard by 2 pm even after good sleep

so i finally figured out when i track my day-to-day energy, it’s not like ‘i was tired’ kinda vague. it’s actual numbers. yesterday i woke up at 7 and slept until 9, felt okay for the first couple hours of deliveries…

then around 1:30 pm i hit this wall. it’s not just tiredness, it feels physical, like my joints are suddenly weighted down, and even if i stop moving, the exhaustion hits hard. anti-dsdna flares aren’t always obvious, but this crashes are rougher than the joint pain sometimes.

i swear the timing is killer. yielding way too much to the clock for a crash. does anyone else notice how consistently the slump happens around the same time every day or week, regardless of what they ate or if it was a flare?

so that feeling of your joints being “weighted down” is so specific, and very familiar from my clinic years. the consistency of the timing is the real clue.

the part i’d gently question, though, is if it’s truly happening regardless of inputs. that wall is often a shadow cast by lunch.
