Anyone else calculate effort for just going out?

was at the grocery store yesterday, low key flare on the RA side, so i had to budget everything. like literally every task was a calculation: waking up = 3/10. getting dressed and putting shoes on = 5/10. walking through the aisles (just walking) = 7/10.

i waited in line for ten minutes, just staring at people ahead of me. that wait felt like an actual measurable drain. anti-dsdna stuff is rough when it hits the joints. im usually track joint pain and fatigue levels against my medications, but i keep wondering if we actually quantify things like ‘interacting with a service counter’ or ‘standing in line for 8 minutes’.

does anyone else find that non-physical, cognitive exertion (like crowd exhaustion) is what really tanks them? what did the hardest single errand you had to manage last week look like?
