6 months tracking: all the pattern work myself

been logging every flare since january. everything - what i ate, what i did, the stress that day, when flushing started, if h1/h2 blockers helped. by march i had pages of it. took it to my allergist.

he glanced at it. said i was doing great with the diet and that was it. but the pattern wasn’t food. it was the stress.

work deadlines, arguments, that week in april when everything fell apart - those hit harder than any histamine load. flares showed up 6-12 hours after the stress ended, like my mast cells waiting for me to relax. he never asked about cortisol or exertion load. never mentioned how stress actually hits the body.

i figured it out myself by logging long enough. is anyone else doing all their own detective work? or do your doctors actually sit with this stuff?
