4 wks on BPC-157 update

ran 250mcg 2x/day subcu near the shoulder for 4 weeks, felt some mobility gain but could’ve been the deload too. Still tracking, trying to isolate what’s doing what.

Had bloods done, ROMs looking better. Not sure if it’s the BPC or just better recovery habits, gonna keep at it and see.

Even if your ROMs are up, a shoulder injury often involves different tissue types that heal on different timelines. What’s helping one might not be touching the other.

what kind of recovery habits are you comparing it to?

unpicking what’s driving “roms looking better” when you’ve got a deload and better recovery habits is the actual problem, isn’t it. my own wrist tracking had the same issue, where the daily range was hard to separate from better sleep. a static rom number on its own is tough to read, a shrinking recovery window

That’s the right level of skepticism about “what’s doing what”. I had 11 degrees flexion gain over six weeks on BPC and concurrent PT, starting week eight post-op for a full repair.

And I still can’t cleanly attribute that gain to the BPC alone because of how much else was moving. Four weeks is also
