18 weeks pp update

so i’m 18 weeks pp now and things are kinda falling into place. my lo is sleeping better, usually wakes up once a night.

my so is trying to help more, but it’s still hard for me to ask for things. i feel like i’m doing everything on my own, even when he’s around.

does anyone else feel like they have to initiate everything, even when their partner is willing to help? how do you get them to just take charge sometimes?

same here with the initiating everything even when dh is around, i feel like i’m doing all the heavy lifting and it’s exhausting, “i feel like i’m doing everything on my own” really resonates with me
