so i’ve been dealing with lupus for 14 yrs now and i’m still learning to pace myself. recently had a couple new diagnoses and it’s been tough to figure out what’s related to what.
my gp isn’t super helpful, just keeps telling me to ‘stay positive’… yeah they told me that too, about 10 yrs ago.
anyone else have to deal with multiple diagnoses at once?
