anyone else dreading these types of tests? i was supposed to do this stupid 24h sample collection last week and it felt like a full-time job.
the instructions were insane, basically remembering which container is for what when you have chronic fatigue symptoms making simple tasks hard. i feel like once you’re into all the micro-details of timing samples - especially with so many things going on w/ mast cell issues - it’s just emotionally draining and super inconvenient.
is there a pattern i should know about, or do people actually survive these logistics without quitting early?
