people ask me three things: is my rx right (not my call), is my storage ok (yes, definitely matters), am i taking it right. biggest thing i see is timeline trouble - expect results in 2 weeks, get impatient at 3, change something. reality is 4-6 weeks minimum to know if anything’s working. compounded vs brand?
overstated imo. what actually matters is taking it consistently, understanding why your doc picked it, sticking with one approach long enough to know it works. ime people who do well aren’t hunting the perfect formula - they picked something reasonable and stuck with it. also, ask about timing with food or other meds. that stuff gets glossed over and people blame the med when it’s just interactions. make sure your doc explained it or ask the tech counter.
