did mine in march. kept it in the fridge, managed a work day with it, got results back after 3 weeks. histamine metabolite came back elevated but not dramatically… my allergist basically said “yep, confirms mast cell activation” like i didn’t already know from the dermographism and flushing i deal with constantly. the thing that got me is they only test once… so no pattern data - can’t see what a flare day looks like versus a calm day in the sample… just one snapshot. did anyone’s results actually change how their doctor treated them? or was it just confirmation of what you already suspected?
