Tysabri fatigue side effect

been away for a bit… so i’m 3 months back on tysabri and fatigue’s still my main issue. it’s not just tiredness, it’s this heavy legs thing that’s really getting to me.

i’ve had bloods done and everything looks normal, but the fatigue is still there. i’m wondering if anyone else on tysabri has experienced this… i mentioned before how i’ve been to the er for ms flares and they never seem to take my fatigue seriously.

in my er visits post, it’s frustrating when they just send me home without doing anything about it. has anyone found any ways to manage fatigue on tysabri? i’m at a loss here and could really use some advice.

Fatigue’s a beast that can be really tough to tackle, especially when it feels like the medical system isn’t taking it seriously, as you mentioned “they never seem to take my fatigue seriously”. I’ve been tracking my own energy levels and symptoms for a while now, and I’ve found that even small changes in my routine can make a big difference. For example, I’ve noticed that on days when I get at least 30 minutes of morning sunlight, my fatigue levels are significantly lower, which is something I’ve been able to see clearly in my tracking data, and it’s also helped me to identify patterns in my symptoms that I wouldn’t have noticed otherwise.

that ‘heavy legs thing’ when bloods are normal is so familiar, it’s the exact same for fibromyalgia fatigue sometimes, just this deep bone tiredness that doesn’t show on paper. it’s infuriating when the er

fatigue on tysabri is a real thing, “heavy legs thing” you mentioned is what gets me too. i’ve been tracking my symptoms and found that even when my blood work looks normal, i still get these deep bone tiredness episodes. the part about er visits not taking fatigue seriously is kinda what i’ve experienced with fibromyalgia, they just don’t seem to get it

that heavy legs thing, do they just brush it off?
