TSH is normal but i crash every afternoon

on levothyroxine 75mcg for 8 months, TSH is 2.3 (doc’s ideal), free T4 in range. but i still hit a wall around 2-3pm like clockwork. can’t do detail carpentry work past that. hands shake, fog hits, basically done for the day.

asked if it’s cortisol dropping, maybe T3 conversion issue, or perimenopause (unlikely at 26 but worth asking). doc said TSH perfect so everything’s fine. except it’s… not fine.

anyone else have labs that look acceptable but still get demolished in the afternoon? trying to figure out if it’s dose, med timing, or if i need to push on free T3/free T4 numbers. the crash is real. the lab numbers say nothing’s wrong.

that mismatch is what gets me.
