i’ve been tracking my recovery from a labrum tear and some tendon issues over the past year, using both tirzepatide and semaglutide. imo i know some people use these for weight loss, but i’m more interested in how they affect my rolling and drilling. so far, i’ve noticed that tirz seems to help with inflammation more than sema, but sema has a more noticeable effect on my appetite and energy levels. my question is, has anyone else noticed a difference in how these two compounds affect their recovery and training? i’m not looking for bro-science, just actual experiences.
