that’s my take.
sleep-wise i’m still a mess at 18 weeks pregnant, and it’s not just the nausea, it’s the unpredictability of it all. when you said “mine wakes up like 2-3 times a night still, is that normal” i felt that, bc i’m waking up multiple times a night too, and some nights are way worse than others. i’ve been trying to track my symptoms with careclinic, and the visual charts actually help me see the trend lines, which is kinda reassuring, but it’s hard to pinpoint what’s causing the sleep disruptions, and i’m just taking it one night at a time, tbh.
