Sema and glucose control

i’ve been on semaglutide for a few mos now and i’m noticing my glucose control is way better than expected. anyone else experience this?

i’m wondering if it’s the sema itself or the fact that i’ve been able to stick to a more consistent diet and exercise routine. has anyone seen any studies on this?

or is it just anecdotal at this point? i’m curious bc i’ve heard mixed things about glp-1s and glucose control

you’re wondering if it’s the sema or the routine itself - and i think it’s often how one enables the other. that reduction in “food noise” changes everything for being able to actually follow through on

my a1c has definitely normalized since starting sema, which my doc was pretty happy about. but the “more consistent diet and exercise” part of it is tricky, right? i’ve got the food noise gone, but
