so i hit the frozen foods section at publix yesterday and my fingers just went white. fully blanched. took three minutes in my coat pocket to get them back. i’m eight weeks into the biologic now.
C3/C4 normalized, anti-dsDNA dropped. on paper i’m doing better. but raynaud is new. or maybe i just notice it now bc i’m not drowning in everything else.
the thing is my hands were supposed to get better with this drug. they have - patient consults don’t wipe me out like they did - but raynaud wasn’t on the map before. new symptom or old one waiting for lab space to show up? anyone else see raynaud show up or shift timing when their inflammatory markers started moving?
is it flare trajectory or biologic side effect or just lupus reminding me it doesn’t play straight?
