Paced perfectly but spoons still run out by noon

been on the same routine for two months now. wake at 6:30, light breakfast, 90 min work block before 8am. break, move around, hydrate. another 90 min block by 11.

then it just stops. like someone flipped a switch. 11:30am and i’m staring at the pharmacy shelves thinking i have nothing left. sleep’s fine.

consistent bedtime, 7-8 hours. not pushing too hard on the work blocks. pain stays around 3-4/10 most mornings. but the fatigue?

doesn’t matter. i log when it hits in careclinic so i can track the pattern, and it’s literally 11-11:30am every single day. the clock hits that window and i’m done. my pharmacy tech brain wanted to believe if i paced right, tracked everything, hit my metrics, it would stick.

but fibromyalgia’s not interested in my spreadsheets. wondering if it’s just central sensitization being a wall i can’t pace around, or if anyone else hits this noon brick and has actually found something that shifts it. or if you just accept it and work around a split shift.
