New kind of weakness with migraine

lately i’ve been getting this weird full-body weakness, almost like my arms and legs are filled with jello. it’s not the usual exhaustion after a long migraine, more like a heavy, rubbery feeling that just sticks around. sometimes it hits before a full blown attack, almost like an early prodrome, but other times it’s just… there, randomly.

my old pattern was so predictable, three days before my period, guaranteed aura late afternoon, nurtec working in 90 minutes. now with perimenopause everything’s off and my cycle stretches to 45 days some months. it’s scrambling all of it. is this jello-legs feeling part of a prodrome for anyone else?

or is it just another random perimenopause symptom messing with my baseline? i’m trying to figure out if it’s a new migraine presentation for me or something completely separate that i need to track.
